  • 1099 form

    The 1099 forms are being sent on or about January 31th. Notice that if you have not received a check during the year, no 1099 will be issued since there are no revenues to report. If you have not received your Tax form and have waited 15 business days from the date it was originally mailed, you can access them online.

  • Annual release

    Annually, XTO Energy releases revenue that does not exceeds $100 (our minimum release), but is greater than $10. Please, notice that our annual release is on or before May 25th.

  • Escheated funds

    If you have received the Unclaimed Property Due Diligence Letter, please respond to this within 30 days from the date of the letter or funds will be reported as unclaimed to the State of owner's last known address in accordance with the appropriate State Escheat Status.

  • No statement option

    If you want to receive payments without all of the detail pages attached. Please submit an online request and ask for the "No Statement" option.

    Payments will be mailed or direct deposited, and detail will be available on our Online System.
