Address change / Name change / Direct deposit

For your protection, XTO does not accept address changes via telephone – this notice must be in writing. Please download an Address change/Name change form and include your name, owner number, last 4 digits of your social security number or tax identification number for verification, the new address, daytime phone number with area code, and email address (if available) with a signature. Please scan the completed form and send a PDF copy via email to UIS-LAND-BP-DATA-MANAGEMENT@exxonmobil.com. You can also mail your change of address to:

How do I change my name if I get married or divorced?

Please provide a written request and a copy of the document supporting the name change (marriage certificate, divorce decree reinstating maiden name, etc.). A copy of the Social Security card showing the name as changed with the Federal Government/Internal Revenue Service may also be required. Scan the necessary documents and send a PDF copy via email to divorder@exxonmobil.com.

If a joint account needs to be split-up after a divorce, XTO will require the following documentation:

Copy of the signed divorce decree (if the mineral rights are not mentioned in the divorce decree, then a recorded conveyance will be needed in order to update our records)

* We may accept the first page, signature pages, and all the relevant pages that contain information in regards to the mineral rights.

When available, please forward all the necessary documents to XTO (scanned and attached as PDF) to divorder@exxonmobil.com.

You have two ways of paying your invoices, by check or direct deposit. Find below payment instructions for both methods:

Direct deposit

To receive your revenue/royalty payments directly into your checking or savings account:

Complete and sign the form
Enclose an original voided check from your account or an original document from your financial institution with letterhead stating
- your name
- type of account
- account number and
- routing number

All fields are required unless noted otherwise. The application cannot be processed without an original voided check or an original document from your financial institution providing your account information.

Please allow 4 –8 weeks for setup, change, or termination of automated payments. Pending testing and authorization of your banking information, you will continue to receive physical checks via U.S. Mail.
