XTO Energy Donates $21,000 to Fire Departments in Arkansas

HEBER SPRINGS, Ark.—XTO Energy Inc., a subsidiary of Exxon Mobil Corporation, today announced it has contributed $21,000 to 21 fire departments in Arkansas to help fund their day-to-day operations and emergency services. Many of the fire departments are volunteer fire departments.

Through a charitable contribution to Variety the Children’s Charity’s My Bike Program, XTO’s Appalachia Division funded the purchase of 10 custom-fit bicycles for children with disabilities in Butler and Allegheny counties in Pennsylvania.

About 200 employees at XTO's headquarters campus in downtown Fort Worth spent a week building a Trinity Habitat for Humanity home in Sundance Square Plaza. This was XTO's seventh year to build a Trinity Habitat home in downtown Fort Worth.
