Prior to joining XTO in 2005, Mr. Agosta served as Manager, External Reporting and Budgeting at Devon Energy Corp., as Manager, External Reporting and Consolidations at Albemarle Corp. and as Audit Manager at KPMG LLP. He is a CPA.
BackVIRGINIA N. ANDERSON - is Vice President and Corporate Secretary for XTO Energy Inc. She has a BA in Elementary Education from Texas Wesleyan College. Prior to joining XTO in 1986, Mrs. Anderson was an Executive Secretary with Southland Royalty Company.
WILLIAM B. D. BUTLER - is Vice President and Assistant Treasurer for XTO Energy Inc. He received his BS in Commerce, with majors in Business Administration and History, from Washington & Lee University. Prior to joining XTO, Mr. Butler was an investment banker with Stephens Inc.
KEITH A. CARWILE - is Vice President of Operations - Houston Division (Gulf Coast and Offshore) for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Carwile is a 1985 graduate of the The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Petroleum Engineering. Prior to joining XTO in 2008, Mr. Carwile worked for Mobil Corporation and Hunt Petroleum Corporation.
BRENT W. CLUM - is Senior Vice President and Treasurer for XTO Energy Inc. He received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Baylor University, with majors in Finance, Accounting and Marketing, and his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining XTO, Mr. Clum worked as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst at Luther King Capital Management, served as a Managing Director at Invesco and was an analyst for T. Rowe Price and Associates. He holds both CPA and CFA certifications.
THOMAS E. COVINGTON - is Vice President, Investor Relations for XTO Energy, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Illinois and a Master of Science in Geology from Texas A&M University, and has a Master of Finance and MBA from the University of Colorado. Prior to joining XTO, Mr. Covington worked as a securities analyst covering the E&P sector for AG Edwards & Sons, Broadpoint Capital and Hanifen, Imhoff, and was a geologist for Mobil Oil and Superior Oil Company.
KATHY L. COX - is Vice President, Associate General and Assistant Secretary for XTO Energy Inc. Ms. Cox received a BS in International Trade from Texas Tech University and a J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law. Prior to joining XTO in 2000, Ms. Cox was Managing Senior Counsel at Union Pacific Resources Company and Assistant General Counsel at The Western Company of North America.
DELBERT L. CRADDOCK - is Vice President of Operations (San Juan Division) for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Craddock is a 1978 graduate of the University of Tulsa with a BS in Petroleum Engineering. Prior to joining XTO in 1995, Mr. Craddock worked for Santa Fe Minerals and Sun Gas.
JAMES L. DEATH - is Senior Vice President of Land for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Death received a BBA degree in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Oklahoma in 1977. Prior to joining XTO in 1994, Mr. Death worked for Phillips Petroleum Company, Andover Oil Company, Santa Fe Minerals and Amax Oil & Gas, Inc.
D. LINDSEY DINGMORE JR. - is Vice President, Governmental & Regulatory Affairs for XTO Energy Inc. He received his BS and MAgr in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining XTO in 2000, Mr. Dingmore was employed in the United States Senate, the Texas State Senate, two Texas regulatory agencies and the Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association (TIPRO).
NICK J. DUNGEY - Nick Dungey is Senior Vice President of Natural Gas Operations for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Dungey received a BS degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla. Prior to joining XTO in 1995, Mr. Dungey was the Manager of Operations and Planning for KN Energy and Senior Supply Representative for Panhandle Eastern Corp.
KYLE M. HAMMOND - is Vice President of Operations (Permian Division & Alaska) for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Hammond is a 1985 graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Petroleum Engineering. Prior to joining XTO in 1998, Mr. Hammond worked for BOGO Energy Corporation and Oryx Energy.
NINA C. HUTTON - is Vice President of Environmental, Health and Safety for XTO Energy Inc. Ms.Hutton received a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A & M University and a J.D. in Law from Southern Methodist University. Prior to joining XTO in 1992, Ms. Hutton was a production engineer with Sun Production Co., a reservoir engineer with Interfirst Bank and a staff attorney at the Railroad Commission of Texas.
KEN K. KIRBY - is Senior Vice President of Operations (East Texas Operations) for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Kirby received a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to joining XTO in 1988, Mr. Kirby worked as an area engineer for Crown Central Petroleum.
BENNIE G. KNIFFEN - is Senior Vice President and Controller for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Kniffen received a BBA in Accounting from Hardin-Simmons University and a MBA in Accounting from the University of North Texas. He is a CPA. Prior to joining XTO in 1986, Mr. Kniffen served as Director of Audit for Southland Royalty and was a senior auditor for Arthur Andersen.
WARREN J. LUDLOW - Warren J. Ludlow is Vice President and Associate General Counsel - Land & Acquisitions for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Ludlow received a BS in political science from the University of Utah, and a JD from the University of Utah College of Law. Prior to joining XTO in 2007, Mr. Ludlow was General Counsel for Brigham Exploration Company. He has also worked for Hunt Oil Company, Pacific Enterprises Oil Company, British Petroleum, and at a private law firm.
FRANK G. MCDONALD - is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. McDonald received a BA in Math from Texas Tech University and a J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law. Prior to joining XTO in 1993, Mr. McDonald was Senior Counsel for Grace Energy Corporation and a shareholder of Kliewer and Hood, P.C.
TIMOTHY B. MCILWAIN - is Vice President of Operations (Fort Worth Division) for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. McIlwain received a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1982. Prior to joining XTO in 1998, Mr. McIlwain was the District Engineer for Enserch Exploration's East Texas operations.
MARTHA L. MONTGOMERY - Martha L. Montgomery is Vice President and Assistant Controller for XTO Energy Inc. Ms. Montgomery received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to joining XTO in 2000, Ms. Montgomery served as Operational Accounting Manager, Financial Advisor and Internal Audit Manager at Union Pacific Resources Company and Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. She is a CPA.
F. TERRY PERKINS JR. - is Senior Vice President of Reservoir Engineering for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Perkins received a BS in Chemical Engineering in 1982 from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining XTO in 1991, Mr. Perkins worked as a reservoir engineer for Exxon Co. USA.
MARK J. POSPISIL - is Senior Vice President of Geology and Geophysics for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Pospisil received a BS in Geology from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Dallas. Mr. Pospisil joined XTO in 1997 as Manager of Exploration. He is a certified Petroleum Geologist and has worked for over 20 years as a geologist in the petroleum industry with various companies.
EDWIN S. RYAN, JR. - is Senior Vice President of Land for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Ryan received a BA in Political Science from Washington & Lee University. Prior to joining XTO in 1988, Mr. Ryan worked as Lease Broker for Steele & Associates and a Landman for Getty Oil Company/Texaco.
TERRY L. SCHULTZ - is Senior Vice President of Marketing for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Schultz received a BA in Business from the University of North Texas. Prior to joining XTO in 1988, Mr. Schultz worked as Senior Gas Sales Representative at Southland Royalty and was co-owner of Paragon Energy.
DOUGLAS C. SCHULTZE - is Senior Vice President, Operations (Mid-Continent Region) for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Schultze received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Prior to joining XTO in 1999, Mr. Schultze was an Area Manager for Shell Western E&P Inc.
GARY D. SIMPSON - is Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Finance and advisory director of XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Simpson received a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and has a Masters of Fine Arts from the American Film Institute. Prior to joining XTO in 1999, Mr. Simpson was an Operations Engineer for Arco International Oil & Gas.
KENNETH F. STAAB - is Senior Vice President, Engineering for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Staab received a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla. Prior to joining XTO in 1986, Mr. Staab was a Senior Reservoir Engineer for Southland Royalty and a Reserve Engineer for Exxon.
MARK A. STEVENS - is Senior Vice President - Taxation for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Stevens received a BBA in Accounting from Harding University. He is also a CPA. Prior to joining XTO in 1988, Mr. Stevens was an Accountant at Meridian Oil and Pennzoil Corp.
L. FRANK THOMAS, III - is Vice President, Information Technology for XTO Energy Inc. Mr. Thomas received a BA in Management from Texas Wesleyan University. Prior to joining XTO in 1998, Mr. Thomas was Director of Information at Burlington Resources and Operations Manager, Information Technology at Southland Royalty.
T. JOY WEBSTER - is Vice President, Facilities for XTO Energy Inc. She is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and one of the original employees at XTO Energy. Prior to joining XTO in 1986, she worked at Southland Royalty Company.
KAREN WILSON - is Vice President, Human Resources for XTO Energy Inc. Mrs. Wilson received a BS in Business Administration from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and is currently certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR). Prior to joining XTO in 1991, Mrs. Wilson worked for Woods County Clerk in Alva, OK.
