Operations Supervisor
DUTIES: Oversee day to day operations of compressor stations, plants, pipelines and delivery stations. Supervise and train personnel (2-4 employees). Communicate daily with other departments.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: Skills, ability and knowledge to operate and supervise pipelines, compressor stations and plants with the general objective of maintaining safety, ensuring equipment integrity, maximizing compressor efficiency and minimizing operating cost. Working knowledge of PLC's, process controllers, pneumatic and electric devices, motor starters, control panels and dehydration systems. Monitor plant operations and make appropriate adjustments, record operating data, observe the conditions of the plant equipment and report and have repaired mechanical problems. Work with and train others to properly utilize tools and instruments. Five years of formal or industry taining is required.
