Maintenance Technician
DUTIES: Provide maintenance support for downtown office locations.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: General aptitude in mechanical, electrical and HVAC. Experience in building maintenance or home construction desirable. Candidates must pass all aspects of an extensive background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
