LANE G. COLLINS - has served as a director of XTO Energy Inc. since 2005 and was an advisory director from 1998 until 2005. Dr. Collins serves on the Audit Committees. He is a professor emeritus of accounting at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he taught from 1978 until 2007. Previously, Dr. Collins taught for five years at the University of Southern California, where he earned his doctorate in business administration.
