Measurement Technician

  • Duties: Support ongoing operations as well as new installations. As a team member will support well pad automation systems, as well as all types of natural gas measurement facitlities. Assist in regularly witnessing and performing measurement activities in accordance with company standards. Measurement activities to include maintaining and verifying automated tank gauging systems, LEL monitors, natural gas and liquid metering systems. Will troubleshoot, operate and maintain various types of equipment, including remote operation controllers (mainly Fisher ROC), various communications networks (mainly Freewave), thermal electrical generators, enclosed flare systems, thermal vapor oxidizers, well head plunger lift control systems, wireless networks and various types of wired and wireless transmitters.
  • Skills: 3 plus years of recent field related measurement and automation experience is preferred. Fully support and comply with the XTO safety culture as a high priority.Advanced troubleshooting capabilties and strong operational knowledge of Fisher ROC equipment, Rosemount wireless networks, Rosemount transmitters, thermal electric generators, burner management systems and Freewave radio networks. Basic understanding of all components related to natural gas/liquid measurement equipment (Orifice, Coriolis, Ultra Sonic and Turbine meters) and how they are specified, certified, installed, operated and maintained. Basic understanding of AGA & API standards pertaining to volumetric and mass measurement of natural gas and natural gas liquids. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite of products. Must be physically able to use stairs on a regular basis without complication. Must be physically able to lift up to 55 pounds.

Field Operator

  • Duties: Monitor plant operations and make appropriate adjustments. Record operating data and observe the conditions of the plant equipment and report mechanical problems to supervisor. Train others to properly utilize tools and instruments. Work with team to ensure the processing plant is operating in a manner that meets company objectives for safety, efficiency and cost.
  • Skills: Must have a working knowledge of PLC's process controllers, pneumatic and electric devices, motor starters, control panels, amine and dehydration systems. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products. Able to work well with minimal supervision. Able to work shifts as required. Five years of formal or industry training preferred.

Automation Technician

  • Duties: Troubleshooting, designing, commissioning, and maintaining all control systems, electrical, hydraulic, motor control, VFDs, SCADA, EFM, radios, and solid state controllers. Will assist in controlling inventory of automation equipment and purchases. Work with operations assisting in the daily operating needs of the field.

Security Officer

  • Duties: Provide security services for the Downtown Fort Worth campus including WTW, Simpson, Petroleum, 714 Main, Bennie G. Kniffen Building, and/or other XTO facilities including well sites in the Fort Worth area. Greet, register and direct visitors and contractors within the buildings. Monitor extensive camera networks and electronic security systems. Physical labor required such as coordinating floor checks, walking stairs, standing on feet for long periods of time, or sitting for long periods of time. Department is 24/7. Overtime required. Shift work; hours and days vary.
  • Skills: Candidate must pass all aspects of an extensive background check and a pre-employment drug screen. Good communication and interpersonal skills required. Candidate should have a professional demeanor. Some security experience a plus.

Roustabout

  • Duties: Repair and maintain surface equipment as needed. Transport necessary equipment/parts from the yard or well site. Keep yard and shop areas clean and organized. Document all movement of equipment to and from yard. Communicate with Gang Pusher and Maintenance Foreman on a daily basis. Adhere to all health, environmental, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Skills: Minimum of 6 months of oilfield experience preferred. Ability to maintain, operate, and repair surface equipment associated with the production of oil and gas. Possess and maintain a good driving record. Good oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office or similar software packages. Good mechanical aptitude. Must be able to work a rotating shift, weekends as well as be available for callouts on a scheduled basis. Physically able to lift >50lbs and climb ladders/stairways. Must be a team player.

Field Electrician

  • Duties: Supervise electrical installations and contract crews to ensure compliance with all codes and safety standards. Troubleshoot and maintain motors and controllers, switchgear and ESP panels and installations. Maintain Electrical Distribution System (EDS) including substations when applicable. Maintain necessary records of transformer and motor inventory.
  • Skills: Must possess Master or Journeyman electrical license and be NFPA70E certified. PLC programming desired.Good computer skills with a variety of software, including the Microsoft Office suite of products. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to use SCBA and associate safety equipment. Must be physically able to lift >50 lbs. and climb ladders and/or stairways. Must be willing to work in a team environment.
