Revenue Accountant

  • Duties: Ensure calculation and payment of oil and gas revenue is made timely and accurately for assigned area. Ensure related general ledger accounts are reconciled and provide variance explanations when necessary for finanacial and management reporting. Answer revenue questions from interest owners, partners and customers in assigned area. Develop knowledge of the contractual and operational environment in assigned area. Develop a relationship with and communicate effectively with personnel in the field offices, technical groups, and marketing personnel. Work with remitters, purchasers and transporters as needed. Work as a supportive team member in the Revenue Accounting group. Assist with process and system improvements.
  • Skills: Degreed accountant with 5-7+ years of experience. Knowledge of oil and gas operations a plus. Detailed knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls. Ability to complete complex tasks with limited supervision. Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Strong computer abilities to include Microsoft Office suite of products, as well as various accounting software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Avatar and Essbase knowledge a plus.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician

  • Duties:  Performs maintenance on Company aircraft as needed to correct discrepancies, complete original equipment manufacturer’s scheduled inspections (including preflight and post flight turn-around) and other maintenance activity as required to maintain aircraft airworthiness status.  As directed by the Aircraft Maintenance Manager, performs other duties as needed or assigned i.e., maintaining aircraft manuals and documentation, computer support programs, spare parts, and numerous other administrative duties.  On an annual basis, attends professional aircraft maintenance recurrent training.  Performs maintenance on hangar facility and support equipment as needed to maintain functionality, reliability, and safety of Company assets used in support of flight operations.
  • Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent.  FAA Airframe and Power Plant mechanics license required.  Minimum of 3 years of corporate aviation or equivalent aircraft maintenance experience.  Ability to perform aircraft ramp operations, marshal and service Company and visiting aircraft.  Good verbal and written communication skills.  Must meet pre-entry requirements for designated position.  FAA Inspection Authorization license preferred.
