Revenue Accountant

  • Duties: Ensure calculation and payment of oil and gas revenue is made timely and accurately for assigned area. Ensure related general ledger accounts are reconciled and provide variance explanations when necessary for financial and management reporting. Answer revenue questions from interest owners, partners and customers in assigned area. Develop knowledge of the contractual and operational environment in assigned area. Develop a relationship with and communicate effectively with personnel in the field offices, technical, and marketing personnel. Work with remitters, purchasers, and transporters as needed. Work as a supportive team member in the Revenue Accounting group. Assist with process and system improvements.    
  • Skills: Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, or Business related undergraduate degree with Masters of Business Administration, or Masters of Accounting preferred. Minimum GPA of 3.5. 1-5 years’ experience. Public Accounting or Oil and Gas experience a plus. Detail knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls. Ability to complete tasks with limited supervision. Have the ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time. Knowledge of oil & gas operations is a plus. Ability to use multiple window based computer applications. Advanced MS Excel skills required. SAP PRA, Avatar, and Essbase knowledge is a plus. Willing to relocate within next 3 years.

Lease Analyst

  • Duties: Analyze, setup new wells and units and maintain leases, contracts, and other title documents within the Quorum Land system.  Addresses/resolves issues or moderate complexity according to industry practices and within system standards. Responsible for managing time required to accomplish assigned work with little supervision. Identifies possible problems/issues and ensures that timelines and actions are realistic and appropriate. Facilities Technician

  • Duties: Create "as-built" drawings of existing facilities (plot plans, PFDs, P&IDs) based on site visits or hand drawings. Create brownfield drawings for tie-ins/expansions (proposed plot plans, PFDs, P&IDs, Isometrics). Assist in developing equipment lists from drawings. Anticipate moderate facility and construction site visits during design and construction phase to validate drawing and spec adherence and capture drawing updates. Track costs and schedule for construction projects and generate reports for team. Document and manage equipment changes associated with facility modifications. Help manage facility drawing capture on XTO database site.
  • Skills: Associates or Bachelors of Science degree preferred. Preferred previous O/G industry experience in facility operations, construction, maintenance and facility drawings. Operations Engineering Technician

  • Duties: Use basic knowledge of completions and production operations to provide technical support to Operations Engineering team and field supervisors editing wellbore diagrams and correcting daily activity inputs/costs as necessary. Run reports on costs and well activity summaries. Will use Wellview, Siteview and Spotfire to view and/or manipulate data on a daily basis. EH&S Environmental Coordinator

  • Duties: Interact daily with XTO employees and contractors to establish and promote a culture of safety. Administer safety processes throughout the Delaware Division. Work with technical engineers and management on projects determining environmental compliance. Facilitate spill investigations team, communicate findings and make subsequent recommendations. Establish tracking tools for environmental compliance. Evaluate spill data to identify trends and/or specific concerns and develop action plans to address those concerns. Prepare and enter spill and enviornmental reports in Essential Suites System (ESS). Ensure waste plans are established and maintained. Interface on company's behalf with local, county and state regulatory agencies, as well as federal agencies such as EPA and BLM.
